ANNUAL MEETINGS: An annual meeting shall be held in December at a date, time, and place to be determined by the board.

SPECIAL MEETINGS: The president or a majority of the board may call a special meeting, for a specific purpose, and written notice stating the place, date and time of meeting shall be given to all members.
